Not to beat a dead horse here but most times all it takes is a little Diesel Kleen or Stanadyne for a couple of fill ups to clean the sensor. Mine did it at 7k miles and took two tanks with 8oz of Diesel Kleen and 2 drainings, no more problem.

At least it worked on my '06.

since my episode of pressurizing and draining, i have had zero issues with WIF light.
but i drained, pretty close to 2 galons of fuel. you may have to go through the drain, install a new filter, install cap and do the key on x3 to refill it, drain again, key on x3 again, drain, do this untill its pure fuel running out no littl epieces or gell, then change out the filter once again.

its expensive -mad , oriellies here has fuel filters for the best price, but warranty will not cover bad fuel, it only takes a little bit of water to screw it all up.

we put in 8 oz of power service now at every Full fill up over 30 gallons.
i geuss its making a big difference, i ahve had no more lights or fuel issues.
Took your advise, and I do believe we have a fix here ! Pressurize and Drain, Pressurize and Drain (10x) - got a Diesel bath on about the 5th drain, so I figured I might as well keep going. A lot of little "pepper" size black material and "red jell" up until the 8th drain. After that entirely clear. Didn't go the extent of changing the fuel filter, and so far success, although I will be due for a fuel filter change soon. Anyone have a good on-line source for fuel filters ?
