Got a 06 PSD 4x4 cc sb Lariat last week.

I have a slight steering wheel shimmy at about 55 mph (then it goes away). It was much more servere before the dealer recently rebalanced the tires ....

My question is 1) is there more for the dealer to do (tsbs and such)?, or should I go with something like the centronic balancers to smooth it out?

Thx

Welcome to SuperDutyDiesel Hoglou, great to have you in the community:thumbs

Tell us about the tires size, make, model, how many miles on them. Are you using the stock wheels or did you opt with aftermarket wheels?

Tire pressure can have an effect on the ride quality of various tires.

I get my tires road force balanced to reveal any high spots then they go on the standard balancer.

Dancing in the streets

The tires are stock 275/65R20E Goodyear Wranglers on stock 06PSD 20" rims. It went back to the dealer on Tuesday (it's now friday) and they are still fiddling with it (Service Mng me called wen. and said he order new rubber to be put on next Monday when they get in). Oh ya 850 mi on the clock (300 of it back and forth to the dealer).
