I have a question? Is the wiring on one of the 30 A switches big enough to carry my fifth wheel trailer lights, so I could take them off of the head light switch?

my marker lights down the side of my trailer are connected to run with the running lights on the truck.

that way, if i just wanna run the running lights during the day, dont have to turn the head lights on too.

all the marker lights on my trailer were wired from the factory
w/ the parking light...turn my parking lights on and
all the lights come on <side & rear markers as well as the tail
lights> same as my truck...isnt every trailer wired this way ?

Yes I would want all of the trailer lights to come on & off from the one 30 amp upfitter switch just like on a big truck. Tail lights, all marker lights, & tag lights.

Puting your trailer lights is a great idea.. To bad I have 5 trailers...don't feel like re-wiring all of them..usually I will turn the parking lights on if I need the lights on.

You wouldn't have to rewire all of the trailers, just the hot light wire to the plug in.
