Ask and you shall receive.

You want the 05UPFITTERSWITCHKIT. Bob Baumann at powerstrokeshop.com can help you out. Your truck must be a F-250/350 2005 or above for this to be a plug in application.

Enjoy. Don't forget the high idle mod!

upfitter switches

When I ordered my truck I ordered it with the upfitter switches. I did not know exactly what I would use them for, but thought it would be better to have them and not need them than to need them and not have them. So far, I have not had a use for them. It is to warm here to need a fast idle. Someday I might need them for something.

I have a question? Is the wiring on one of the 30 A switches big enough to carry my fifth wheel trailer lights, so I could take them off of the head light switch?

Good Idea WD40

Good idea on the backup lights, to connect the 5th wheel. That I will have to do.

Doug...Depends...I cant imagine your trailer using 30amps, but
at the same time i dont know your trailer either.

is it ONLY the trailer lights that go thru it ? figure tail/stop lamps are
5/15watts. (dont know how many marker lights etc you have...)
add all the wattage consumed by all the lights etc, divide the total
watts by expected (lowest) volts and you have the amperage

Your trailer lights should be on a separate circuit... They're all picked up by a relay anyway, so it really shouldn't matter...

RE; Upfitter Switch Assy

I purchased mine from the PowerStrokeShop.com.
It was complete and a piece of cake to install.

Good Luck,
Benny
