The closest for me would be about 70 miles away. Do you still have yours? Care to share? Also, is there anything else that I need to check for that could be aiding in the surging beside the turbo? How about the ICP (what does this stand for?) (did some searching and saw where this could be a reason too) Any other sensors I should check/replace?

I know on the 2003 6.0's the ICP sensor was behind the turbo and the only way to replace them was to remove the turbo. Depending on your build date, yours might be back there...might be worth having a look at it?
