trouble uploading pix

why is every pic i try to upload tooo big, even the economy setting.. every pic is tooo large what can i do to make them work so i can upload them! getting pist-mad .. please help.

What size is the photo(s) you are trying to upload?

-----> Irfanview is a good and free download to use for down sizing photos.

right click the picture,go to "open with" click "paint".go to the top where it s says "image"click on it,now click "stretch/scew"in the 2 boxes where it says 100% type in 60.click OK.close the windo and it will ask if you want to save changes,click yes.

when doing it this way the smaller the numbers you enter the smaller the picture will be.

For the basic jpg uploads 195.3 KB is the maximum file size.

Another easy to use program to check out is PixResizer which I been using
