Track Bar bushing question

?...I can wiggle my trac bar back and forth. Is this common, or does this mean the bushing/ball joint is bad? I had the upper bushing (the one that connects to the pitman arm) replaced about 9 months ago.

track bar doesn't connect to the pitman arm... goes from the right end of the axle back to the frame near the steering box...

would that be considered the "drag link" my bad, i don't know what I was thinking. Same question, just replace "track bar" with "drag link"
