I agree. The Big 3 should be tracking Toyota on this. They probably are, but "they" are Sooo Big and Conglomerate/Bureaucratic.. They've lost sight of the End Product user: Us, the Consumer.:(

AMEN!! You said it. I would not have a problem buying a toyota again. The wife would like another. I had no problems with my car.

This kind of action, is what keeps Consumers coming back to you.

You haven't really felt frustration until a customer rep tells you that you have a meeting with a regional rep. Why? Because we sell vehicles to our dealers, not the end user. That is the policy of one of America's biggest and most iconic companies. Anyone want to hazard a guess? :innocent

but what about all the toyotas from the 80s?theyve been rotting frames in the same place since the 80s.what about the owners that have had to scrap perfectly good trucks cuz of the frames?they cant participate in this.they get screwed and people are proud of toyota.toyota should do something for those owners.

we were getting loaded with 15 of them again today and as we were getting loaded 30 fresh ones came in.:eek:never mind what came in after we left yesterday and before we got there today.the area for turning around was empty yesterday and half full of fresh ones today.
