Torqueshift tranny TQ converter

Alrighty, Does anyone know which tuner or chip if any will ensure the TQ stays locked up when i let off the throttle like my 7.3 did? OR is there a way to switch it in the cab to stay locked ?
this letting off the throttle in traffic then pressing the go pedal and waiting for her to spin up then re-engage is starting to really SUCK.
it even does it in TOW/Haul
and is the reason none of the tuner folks have done this is due to emmisions ????

My TQ stays locked till 4th I believe. If I get into it till about 4th then let off a little it will stay building till about 3500 RPMs then shift. Sounds like it is stuck or slipping but it isn't. I am still building speed very fast.

what does locking your torque mean?

Press your tow/haul button on. That causes the torque convertor to stay locked in till a certain rpm like a stall convertor on gassers.
