when i lived in alaska i would catch one a nite. in the winter i had one eat its way thru the 3/4" floor. took him about a week or so but all he found when he got out was a trap with peanut butter. all that work for nothing lol.
but what size glue papers are you using? a way to use glue papers is to put a couple in a corner and what ever food they like in the corner so that they have to completely cross the traps to get them. it just sucks when they chew the plastic off and have the trap stuck to them and they are still running around. There are also some reusable mouse traps that look like a big close pin.
you can put the food in the very back and they have to crawl in the trap some to get it and pow.
