You be talking about THIS? The TSB 05142 that I am looking for is for a 05' F150 and the intellidog site only covers the PSD. Another member sent me a pm with a link to the tsb :sweet

TSB
05-14-2 HEADLINER BUFFETING/RATTLE NOISE - VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH ROOF-OPENING PANEL AND BUILT PRIOR TO 6/1/2005

Publication Date: June 29, 2005

FORD: 2004-2005 F-150
LINCOLN: 2006 Mark LT

This article supersedes TSB 05-9-6 to update the vehicle lines and add a note to the Service Procedure.

ISSUE:
Some 2004-2005 F-150 (excluding Heritage) and 2006 Lincoln Mark LT vehicles equipped with a roof opening panel and built before 6/1/2005, my exhibit a headliner buffeting or rattle type noise when going over bumps or closing any door with excessive force.

ACTION:
Install foam shims between the headliner foam blocks and the roof panel.

Problem solved :sweet

Back off-topic now. You say the place looks great? What about the brown lawn? Darn snow has been off for a few weeks but the grass is being stubborn about turning green

i dont put to much weight on grass, if its covering and trying to grow, thats ok.
your growing season is short anyways,
and if they turn to weeds, keep it short , its still green :D

back to topic.
so did you install some foam shims to stop the vibrations

No I just wanted to print out the TSB so when I take it to the dealer I can hand it to them. I got the TSB number from another forum but wanted the written edition. Now I have it and the dealer cannot act like they are clueless when we take it in. Friggin headliner rattling is driving me nuts.. Warranty work and I want a new Mustang for a loaner ;)
