Taking a Concealed Carry class.

Today I signed up for a concealed carry permit class. When I signed up, they gave me a book from the NRA. Just leafing thru it, I have to say, there is a lot of real good info & "food for thought" type stuff in there.

I'm looking forward to the class on Saturday.

i figured i better since the law here now lets anybody legally carry a concealed and loaded weapon in their vehicle.

Here in Illinois you are lucky enough if you live in a place that even lets you own a handgun!

then its back to the firing range in 3 weeks doc says

Oh, I see. You actually got medals for hitting things floating in the ocean? I thought you got the medal for hitting the ocean itself.
