Not recently I guess I'll pull the intake off this weekend and check it again, along with looking for exhaust leaks. The last time I checked it the fins looked great and there was no end play that I could tell. Course it's seen 35 plus a few times since then. I don't remember exactly when I started noticing the noise. I think it was after the chip install but before the injector install.

What does the turbo do when there is no chip in, just running on the injectors?
