surge/flutter on an obs turbo

anybody have the CFM flow numbers for the stock turbo vs H2E or GTP38R.

Still considering the ats wastegated exhaust housing but don't want to waste my time or money. I know you've got to have enough air to burn x amount of fuel, but it's the low end smoke and spool up that I'm trying to address and limiting the upper end boost numbers.

Stock is around 700 cfm, ball bearing is around 900 h2e is around 950
