Superchip in pmt3 computer code.

I have a 2001 ford powerstroke with a computer code of pmt3. The truck when stock would run between 18-20mpg. I was very impressed for the 7.3 mileage. I then added a superchip plug in module that used to be run in a pmt2 computer code. I sent the module back and had it flashed to run pmt3 b4 I installed it. I then installed it and under heavy acceleration I get a service engine soon light. Always when pulling a trailer I get a ses light. This never happened until I installed the chip. I also have a built trans. Does anyone have any idea of common failure or cause of this light? I may just remove it and put in a ts performance chip.

Check your codes and see what comes up. I had my SES light come on whenever I pulled a trailer or was on the fuel hard this year ( never did it last year when I installed the superchips tune). Turns out my fuel pump was starting to go and could just not keep up with fuel demands. So check for over boost and under fuel.
