Still running rough, dealership is CLUELESS!!

What dealership in NY. I am also having trouble with my 03.They are cluelee also ( Monroe Ford)

That's the dealership that I had the problem with ("Perfect service or it's free".....I'm writing the letter to the owner as we speak). I went to Village Ford in Pine Bush, NY and got great service. I've had it back for about two weeks now and it runs great, just like it did when it was new. Runs fine cold, too, no more issues for me and I'm a very relieved happy camper.

Jolson, Village Ford is a bit of a hike (about an hour from West Point) but it's the only place I'm taking my truck from now on. Period.

I think it's been two weeks since I've gotten it back from Village Ford, and it still runs great. Runs smooth first thing in the morning--but of course I still take it easy because it's a cold engine, but it runs smooth. Runs just like it did when it was new.

Sending the letter to the old dealership in the morning after getting it proofread by a few folks today. We'll see what happens.-popcorn
