Here's an article with a link to pictures of the new Chevy Silverado. Even though I'm like most of you and "bleed Ford blue", I really like the looks of this truck. Check it out: http://www.autoweek.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20060613/FREE/60612008/1508 and also click on the "photo gallery" button. The only part I don't like is the bulging rear sides (bears a slight resemblance to the four wheel steer model they had) and the luggage rack (guess it's okay for the surfboards or skis) on the crew cab.

I like it, it's a helluva lot better than the new SD.

As stated though, it looks exactly like a Colorado to me.

And I bleed blue. :)

Wonner if you could order one with a PSD in it? :roflmao
Since their HD versions have a slightly different look, we'll see how they look. Put a PSD in one, and you'd probably have a nice looking truck with a great engine. Also did you all notice in the pictures that the front door badge says "Silverado" just like the Suburbans and Tahoes, and there's no "1500" badges. I wonder if the 2500's and 3500's will be the same or will they have the 2500/3500 badges alongside the Silverado badge? I guess I'm "old school", but I like to see the series designation on the fenders (F-150, F-250, 1500, 2500, etc.) A big truck just ain't a big truck with a "word" name (Silverado, Sierra, and to a lesser extent - Ram).

Wayne, you're old-fashioned :D

Double take: The bed and the bumper has to go. Those rims could go also.
