Got a Heckofa Deal on one so I installed it on our 5r.

For those who might not know what it is (?), it's basically a 12v "grinder" for Sewage & Grey water disposal.. turns everything into a slurry.. and Pumps it off.. instead of just gravity flow.

Anybody have one ? If so, your impressions ? :dunno

If I hadn't got such a deal on it.. I don't think I'da bought one but.. I studied it for a day or 3.. it's "Self contained", No, every time you hook up....assembly required.. No clean-up when you leave... Just un-stow, then stow the permanently connected 1.5" hose.. in a box I mod'd & mounted, next to the outlet & pump.

But if it ever went TU.. I still have the 3" hose option... the way I installed it.

TG, these things a fairly new, but did you sell many of them when you were doing the RV sales thing ??

Thetford calls it a.. Sani-Con Macerator.

EPA would call it a.. Waste Reduction system.

I call it a.. Poo Grinder.

(Couldn't help it)

We have one, works great. Pumps through a 75' 3/4" garden hose no problem. Would never go back to the old way. :sweet
