running out of fuel?

Ok the little gremlin came back this morning. Doing the exact same thing. I did clean the egr valve which was very dirty but didnt change the way the truck ran. Ive only kept my tank at 1/4 in case I needed to add some more injector cleaner/fuel supplement so I would get a good ratio to fuel instead of diluting it in 40 gal. of fuel. I added another can of Sea Foam and in less than 5 mins all the symptoms were gone. Ran like new. Im gettin pretty frustrated w/ the inconsistancy. Injector clogged or going bad? Any ideas? Can the sea foam cause any probs? I dont think this makes a diff jus coincedental but I had ran 2 full tanks of offroad diesel in her 3 tanks ago. ( 2 offroad 1 onroad)

Lomac.. I'd check the filters, dump a jug of Diesel Klean in it..Top that boy off with some clean #2 ULSC Diesel, from a Station that has a good turn-over of Diesel.... And Drive it.. Medium Well, to.. Well Done, but don't Burn it.
