you can get the ICP out without removing the turbo, it's just not a picnic...

I'm not sure if it makes a difference but mine is an '04 with an '03 engine so it is on the back of the engine below the turbo. He told me that some have been relocated to the passenger side valve cover.

He's charging me $135ish for the part and $100ish for the labor. I have never replaced the part but from what I see, it is worth the labor charge. There is no way I could bend in the position it would take to get to it.

I got my truck back today and all is good. The truck starts easier and idles better not to mention the oil leak is gone. He charged me $228 to do the job and that included parts, labor, and tax. I am pleased with everything and I believe I just found me a new mechanic.

I will gladly pass along his info to anyone in the Knoxville Tennessee area or anybody that wants to travel. He is great and sticks to his word even on time frame. He even broke my CB antenna when he lifted the truck on the hoist and the first thing he did was to call me and tell me before he proceeded. He said he would knock off the price or pick me one up. I told him that it was a Radio Shack special and we agreed on $20. He used to work at one of the local Ford dealers but I can't remember how long. I have asked around and he has a good reputation and it is getting better.
