Rough idling and blueish smoke

Is that picture taken at idle from a cold start? You say that smoke never clears up at all?

Yep, took the pic this morning. It was at idle getting close to operating temp. Yesterday when i had taken it out for a few miles around the block the smoke was just as bad.

Could it also be the uvc harness?

Could explain the rough idle, but the smoking I wish i could get my hands on an AutoEnginuity
