printer/scanner/copier

Looking for a unit that does it all (except fax). Don't want to spend too much money (need money for truck mods) but would like to print decent photos and copy and scan documents (online banking). Any suggestions? Also if you could give me any options or specs, dpi... Thanks.

weve got a hp5600 print/scan/copy/fax works damm good
it does have the dial pad...and itll read the fax pages in to memory
THEN dial the number and send the fax (that way the phone line
isnt held open for so long)

we needed the fax for house contracts etc...and the ablity to
STACK pages hit a button, have 'em read into memory and then
DIAL/SEND automatically was a BIG plus.

the scaning resolution is VERY GOOD as is the photo print/resolution.


i think i paid about 150 bucks a little more than a year ago.

I will have to side with Bush on this. HP makes a damn good all-in-one unit.

has card reader slots built in the front, prints fast and scans great.

i ohave a lexmark. works great... but dang. the cost of cartridges and speed is horrible. being cheap didnt work out for me. =(

ive got a lexmark laser...damm plenum wire went out on it...best
i can find is 100 bucks on ebay ! <it was a good mono chrome laser>

the office just set me a mono chrome hp laser printer/fax...seems like
a waste not to have the copy/scan option...its fast..

i think the HP stuff is so common that the parts for 'em are cheaper
and easier to find <as if these things werent almost disposable @
100 bucks or so NEW/RETAIL price>
