All I've got to do if figure out how to order a set of Stg II's and work under the hood for a half a day with out the ole lady getting suspicious. :lmao

thats easy.give her 500 bux and ship her to the mall or store of her choice for a few hours.or drive out here and use my nice warm shop :sweet

I think if he did that then he'd have 2 problems on his hands the $$ he spent on the stage II's would no longer be there in the bank and his 3" of closet space would no longer exist.

I'm thinking Shakle reversal kit with Sd springs.

oh and back on the original topic, it's not going to lead to premature pump failure unless some of the metal shavings from drilling get into the pump to cause premature wear. The problem with drilling it out is that it reduces and almost eliminates steering feedback at highway speeds.

I've drilled the orifice on ford & toyota pumps to give higher flow for hyrdro assisted steering before. The ford pump whined a bit more but this was needed to allow enough extra flow to give the hydraulic cylinder enough fluid that it wasn't hindering turning if you were turning the wheels fast at a slow engine speed. The yota pump had no problems other than you needed to shim it at the same time and my brother blew up 4 pumps (thank you autozoo for lifetime warranty) until he found one that lasted long enough for him to sell the truck and that one is still running on the truck but only drilled not not shimmed.
