Power loss and idleing problem

I have a 03 6.0 4x4 and it seems that it just doesn't have the power it used to have. only 34000 miles on it. My fuel milege has gone down -mad and also it idles funny at stop lights.-mad -mad the rpms go up and down, not much but noticable-mad and even at times when i come to a stop light and sit for a second or two the idle jumps to 1000 - 1300 rpms and lurches the truck forward (automatic). when towing or empty it does all these things and it just feels like the power is alot weeker than what it used to be. -mad -mad -mad Any ideas on what it could be or what I should or could do. Please Help?

let me crawl out on a limb,
does it do it with the edge loaded back to stock??
did you try reloading the tuner?
when was the last time the fuel filters were changed?
oil change?
air filter?

my factory filter got pretty nasty in 18k miles, BIG bugs and moths
and being an 03 it had lost of recals on surging and loping from chaffed wires to egr problems, have these tsb and recals and customer service things been done>
and 03 with 34k is it stil lin your 36 month time frame of in service? if it is take it in and let em fix it before warranty runs out

is the CEL/MIL light on ? any codes ?

remove programmer and take it in for a diagnosis

my truck does the same thing I have a 2003 too I have had all the recalls done and it still does it.I have had mine in the ford dealership 4-5 times they tell me they cant get the truck to duplicate it but as soon as I get the truck back it does it again I dont know what else to do.Hopefully soon they will figure something out
