the quadzilla stuff does too...in fact one of the things i LIKE
about the quad stuff is it wont let you run "hard" until everything
is up to normal operating temp.

I agree BP. The Quad is good about that. Had the Quad on my 2K for 5 years, run it in the 120 notch, towing, I don't Push It, but just watch the EGTs & Rs. Anything under 2.2K RPM or over 900* gets a lower gear.

One of my Dads bits of fatherly advice was/is:

It ain't how FAST you go up a Hill loaded, It's how WELL you go up a Hill loaded. Be Good to yer equipment (?), It'll be good to you.

I've kinda lived with that.;tu

I know I'm a 7.3 guy but Dependability was the question ?

Been runnin the edge evolution on the 100 hp program for over a year and more than twenty thousand miles. So far no problems I did have the juce with attitude stacked on top but I found my self getting a little stupid with it and took it off to save myself the head aches.

i basically have the same truck as you and i have been running the quadzilla xzt eco/tow chip pretty since a few months after i got it because this thing is ungodly slow with the manual i guess but i also do alot of pulling goosenecks, etc. very safe module like mentioned it does not kick in until all fluids are up to temp. another good thing is that they have it were you dont use all of the power unless you hammer down on it... u get xtra power just not max power so you dont unintentionally burn more fuel my getting on it more. alot of chips you dont notice that you are goosing it more than normal so alot of the eco benefits are lost. i chose them because they are close to me here in TX but ben trying to get ahold of wildman but just cant get the time when im back in town between jobs

Livewire with tunes from Elite Diesel for about 2 years. Only problems I have had to fix was the fact that I exceeded the limitations of my stock clutch and it started to slip, so it was upgraded to a south bend.
