One question i DO have is this...
In the movie "Band of Brothers" I recall the landing bombardment on D-day literally shaking the ground as the shells flew overhead. Not from the explosions, but from the vibrations and noise just specifically from the big gun shells flying overhead. Is that really what it is like??? If so, all I've got to say is WOW....
