Sure sounds like CCV oil dripping which is in your intake tubes(Designed that way by Ford/International)
This Modification article done by Tbar will help eliminate the oil from coating the interior and exterior of the intake tubing and also make your intercooler more efficent
If the "tube" in question is cast iron and is just below the driver's side exhaust manifold, it's the engine oil cooler. There are o-rings where it mates to the block and they sometimes leak. I think some coolers have even cracked.
If you're looking at a pipe looking thingy next to the oil filter, then that will be the oil cooler. I believe there are some o-rings in there that are replaceable.
