Someone please educate me.... I know this mod keeps oil and gunk out of the intercooler... but what is the problem with rerouting the hose below the cab?..and how come it smells bad?

My hose ends at the transfer case. I was being lazy.
Some run it out the to the back bumper.Make sure you don't kink the hose. Kinks will create problems.Oil leaks and damaged seals.

I just recently bought a CCV kit for my 6.0 from a member from another diesel forum.
It is a homemade kit, but very well built and you can drain it when enough has been collected.
It does consist of a collection container and it does send air back to the stock intake, but no oily mess, just clean air.
