Just don't let him take you too far off course, and then say well now you have to pay *** for it, when garage B might only charge half. It's a ***** yeah, but anymore it's what you have to do.
I'm sure everybody can chime in here about how everyplace we work has some bonehead for a manager someplace that only got that position because they wanted him out of production or whatever, and now they're running, or trying to run a department and in way over their heads and everybody else is picking up the slack. I deal with it in engineering, hospitals are dealing with it with nursing staff, garages, you name it. The business model today is upside down with all the previous wonder brains of dope smoking higher education running the ship faster and harder into the ground. Something's gotta give, but that don't mean you have to give up your wallet!
