Iam thinking....
1st.my 97 PSD crewcab exhuast is 3.5 stock?
ID? or OD?
reason is i plan to get an adapter to go from 3.5 to 4" so I can ad

which will give me a better turbine whinning sound?
the xl resonated, 26lbs & 26" long
v.s.
4040 @ 7.5 lbs & 20" long.

am I on the right track or is there something wrong with this idea?

Ford 3 Inch 409 Stainless Steel Down Pipe #5007395 for the 1994-1997 Power Stroke.....
I race a 06 suzuki LTR Quad, and did some K&N and FMF exhaust mods..
But Iam new to the POwer Stroke World. So just let me have it!
