yeah, i could pretty much back up 'got diesel'. just to add, i believe the changes are in model year. each one got a more vaned turbo. i read it too.

HUMMM...well that would certainly reduce the spin up of the turbine...since
its on the PRE turbo side...
bush, the y-pipe wasn't broken when this second turbo came out. it got broken when he was puttin the ford turbo back in. the Y-pipe broke in the flex area.
understood...and this is a common area for cracks too, so im not
a bit surprised that it broke...good on 'em for admitting he did it
& that its not gonna cost you.
and you probably EXPECT ME to be the one that says it...

youre having to even MESS w/ it, much less go thru the pain
and suffering of being w/out or doin' the testing/trial & error.
