New Member and first time diesel owner

Hello All,

I am a car girl.

I am not new to cars or forums.

I am a moderator over at Nissan Cube Life - Index - Nissan Cube Car Forums

I just bought an F-350 dually, fully loaded and I love the truck. I have never owned a diesel before and I will have much to learn. I think that is the part I love the most.

The first challenge was finding a class 5 ball mount, class 3 is everywhere.

So please forgive my limited knowledge on the subject, I am out of my element with a vehicle this big.

I cant wait to pull something and see how she responds under 10K pounds of load.

that has already been there and done that. Tell us more about your truck, year,
6.0 or 7.3., auto or stick.
Under 10,000 lb you will not know it's back there, I pull a 16,000 fifth wheel and
most of the time I have to work at keeping it under 75 MPH. LOL You will love
the truck after driving it 500 miles and you will feel right at home behind the wheel.

I bought a 2011 F-350, crew cab, dually with an 8 foot bed. It looks mean sitting there. It has all the goodies too.

I do not like the grille. I want to jerk out the "13 year old's braces" look and install a full billet. I love the billet on my Cube.

Know I see why they call kids with braces a "Grille"
