Yes, those super cabs with the long 8 ft bed look really strange. Of course they don't sell many of them. In fact, the only way to get a s/c 8 ft is with the 7700 GVW Package which includes the 7 lug wheels. That package actually makes the truck a "light duty 250". When Ford first came out with that package, the truck was actually badged as F-250 but they moved the package to the 150 later, I'm assuming to avoid any confusion with the F-250 Super Duty. The 6 1/2 ft. bed on the crew cab also looks a bit strange considering everyone is accustomed to seeing the 5 1/2 ft beds on them. Also with the 5 1/2 ft bed, you can get the extra piece that folds out onto the tailgate to artificially increase the bed length. I've also considered putting a tool box in my 150 but it would take a bit of the floor space. I had an inbed tool box in my 250 which made the floor less than 6 ft. long.
