I need to repair a fcaw welder, where do i find relays for them???

I'd start with a welding supply house..
could call the welder manufacturer and ask them WTF...

welding supply house or someplace online like Allied Electronics, McMaster & Carr, Grainger etc. should all have the relay presuming it is not some oddball spec piece, you will just need to determine what the specifications of the relay are.
