Please God tell me you are serious. No joke. If you can do this without the cans exploding than i wont have to go home for lunch.

NO JOKE!!! we stopped at a quickie mart for fuel and snacks, my friend wanted chef boyardee ravioli's and was going to eat them cold. i said "throw them in the valley lets see if they get hot"......so we did, drove about 30 minutes to the track, and he opened the can with a pocket knife and ate it...he said it was the perfect temp!

I found an old recipe tonight that is a snap to make.

"Smothered Steak"

Take a couple pounds of steak, cut up into 3 or 4 inch squares.
Put some oil in a skillet and fry the steak until almost done. Use a medium high heat (not super hot)
Take the steak out and drain most of the oil off (leave 3 - 4 Tablespoons)
Add 2 T of flour and mix that with the oil.
Chop 1 large onion and throw that into the flour mixture along with 1/2 C water, 1 t salt and some black pepper.
Cook that until it gets thick, then throw the steak back in.
Cook the whole mess until the onions are tender.

It's GOOD!

best trick i can tell ya is when you buy hot dog buns or hamburger buns throw them in the freezer when yer ready to eat nuke as many as you need for a minute and they are always fresh.

I go to the store once a week buy plenty of meat, steaks, chicken breasts, and pork. Idahoan potatoes makes instant potatoes in like a 3 serving pouch real cheap and would never know they were instant except for the lack of lumps, buttery homestyle is the best. Vegetables frozen ones in the steamer pouches. That way every night i have 2 veggies and 1 meat.
