Hey there everybody,
I just finished puttin' in a new torque converter ,deep pan,and sonnex/ tricumulator .it's been a long weekend . put 4 quarts in T/c before install let it warm up good ,then topoff fluid . Now I have no go in any gear with a flashing OD light . My wife is chewing on my a@# to get it going . any suggestions? or should I shell out the dough and let a shop fix it?

I don't guess you have a code reader? Did you cycle the shifter through all gear positions after getting it started, still sure it full of fluid?

found the problem ,I blew up the new converter and tranny by not engaging the converter fully. I guess I'll get that bts tranny now.

the hub inside the converter is ground completely smooth and is black. the pump is cracked in half ,debating now on a rebuild while it's torn down or getting a bts tranny . I doubt this tranny is salvable for a core. there goes my tax refund I had big plans for. My dad told me along time ago "you can't beat a man at his own trade" . oh well live and learn! oh yeah many props to garret at blackcloud for getting me my parts so quick and whatabro detaied instructions on wicked wheel install/ebpv removal. they went off without a hitch

Torque converter not seated all the way. Front pump tangs sheared off. Mopars are famous for this. You could take tranny to shop and have pump replaced. Let them seat converter and put metal tab in place to hold converter in.
