now you did put a plunger in the new pump right?did it come with one?
ok just checking.crack the 2 return lines on the fuel pressure regulator loose and crank to see if you have fuel there.if not crank it over till you do and tighten them up.if you have fuel to the heads its an electrical problem or high pressure oil problem.you had the fuel filter housing out while replaceing the fuel pump,right?make ure the wireing harness on it is plugged in.and make sure you plugged in the IPR on the high pressure oil pump.make sure the wires to the IPR arent frayed and touching as the diesel fuel from filter changes eats away the wires insulation.
