My package went off the rails!

We're all familiar with logging onto UPS,FedEx,etc to track our packages right? Well last month I was anxious to receive a shipment in on an expected delivery date(according to UPS) but the driver didn't arrive? I log into UPS tracking site to find that my package had a delivery exception "Train Derailment"

That was my first tracking number with Train Derailment

They arent going to accept your shipments anymore Bill.............they cause train wrecks.

Problem is Anchorage is 360 miles from here, they put it on the wrong truck I also have a package here in town that the delivery driver drives around town with all day, doesn't deliver it to me just drives around with it so I can't pick it up. I don't care for FedEx, I get much better service out of UPS and USPS.
