OK now that I am back from Arizona. ( fyi its colder there then here )
I have had a grand total of 3 days driving after the Mod party Hosted by Whatabudro! A great thanks to Bryan for hosting this and helping me soooo much with my darn truck!
SO what was done?
1. wicked wheel ( Bryan is the man on this and with out his help IT would not have gotten done
2. aih Delete ( fast easy Mod )
3. Sonnax Shift kit ( Again Bryan was very Knowledgable and this was done in a total of 20 mins! )
4. CCV mod ( thanks Tbar for the 4 inch pipe!!! )
5. Shimmed the fuel pressure 52 PSI I believe ( Bill is the Man here! )
Before I begin again I say I am very hard on mods and will not give a good review for the sake of a placebo effect..
Over all I am impressed with the mods, the get up and go increased by my guess of 20% I believe however my stock exhuast is hurting these mods the most though.
Wicked wheel not as loud as I would have thought reading the reviews and added what sounds like a ghost drone at low rpms not loud and I like the way it sounds.
Shift kit made the biggest improvment in my opinion Nice and kicky when it shifts and I am getting on it! at low speeds I can not tella diffrence
Thats my report of only 3 days of driving and I blieve with the exhaust it will change ALOT more as its pretty much restricting every mod we did exclept the CCV.
Now my wife who drove the truck while i was gone said it was alot faster and and hurt her when it shifted ( hehe ) Siad she was pleased overall with the money spent and she is a BIOTCH when it comes to mods very honest with her reviews.
I have only Floored it a total of 2 times since doing the mods as to let a inital break in happen for the wheel and Shift kit.
SO lets look at price VS what I feel is better. ( again my stock exhaust is defeating these over all )
Wheel 70$
CCV 13$
aih delete 13$
Sonnax 50$
Shim free <-- Please tell me again wasnt it Tommy who helped with this? ( I hate to forget names )
Overall I would pay double for the perfromance gained so far and will report back with MPG after 2 tanks.
I have checked and rechecked everything is tight and good to go.
Bryan My hats off to a ass kicking fast install and with out your and everyones elses knowledge, I would have paid 400$ for this install. I willget you that case of beer for the next meet!
If there is anything i can do to help anyone from the meet let me know please! will again update this as I do more testing on the truck.
For the next few meets I believe I was volunterred to do the WW and Shift kit installs.
FYI do NOT put Bryans tools up... Ill never hear the end of WHERE is that tool It was just right here... Opps
Also Ride in WhataBudro's truck if you get the chance!
Again HUGE thanks to everyone Especially Bryan for taking so much of his time to help.. Make that 2 case!!
