looking at lifts- Please post pics and info!

im looking at lifts but never can seem to catch some one with one i like to see the tire size and ask about there lift. can we start a pic post with pic, tire size, lift size. i got the ok to lift mine in the spring, wifes cool with it now

We installed a lift on this truck this summer. Truck is a 2002 F-250. The lift is a 6 1/2" Pro Comp all spring lift. The ladder bars are an option, but I strongly suggest them. We don't intend to off-road the truck, so we only installed the single shocks. Kit went on really well. Ride feels very much like stock. Currently running 35/12.50-16 tires on Pro Comp wheels. If you want to know more just ask.

Here is mine. It has a 6" Pro Comp lift with 35/12.50/20. Need to redo all the bushings but really nice ride.

The first lift we did was a 8" Pro Comp with Kumho 37" on 22"

Then we added 3 more inches and got Nitto 40s". Not sure what size you're goin for but the 11" lift and 40s" is a little EXTREME for everyday climbing in and out.

quick question, is there a performace reason for using larger wheels verses a 16 " wide rim, or is it just more popular????

Thinking just more popular now. But does help with the ride. I mean to smooth it out. Buddy had 18's on his truck and moved to 24's and it is like night and day riding in his truck now.

Can i put 35/12.50-16 under my truck now with the stock height? im needing new tires now but dont have all the $ for the lift yet
