Neighbor's got a 99 f-350 dually crew lariat with the same problem. BAD INJECTORS. He changed the glow plugs and nothing, then got the injectors replaced and good as new. Had the same problem on one of our fleet trucks. (except ours is an 03 chevy 3500 duramax [same configuration])
