Truck having starting problems, slow motor turn over put a new set of 875cca batts. in not fixed, alt would not charge thats fixed now and the starter gave up put a new one in. Now back to slow start problem again. Truck wont start if it's counting on just the batts. But if the batt. charge on and hooked up and on it starts fine. The batt testing shows 12.5 volts, load test shows good, jumps back to 12.5 volt. Thinking the cca is off but can not test by my self so any other thoughts?? and has a new HPOP too.

Do you have a fuel heater on the 04? I think you do. I had an issue with mine where it would turn on for no reason. Sometimes it would happen overnight & I would wake up to a dead battery. If you have it, try pulling the FH relay in the fuse panel under the dash. If the problem goes away leave the relay out. I ran in Michigan for 40K without it, 05 and up it was eliminated. So you should be good in your neck of the woods without it.

I'd check for voltage drop from the positive cable to the starter terminal, you could have a cable corroded inside the crimp. Any amount of green corrosion inside the cable will cause significant voltage drop. A fully charged battery should spin the engine without the chargers help. Check the ground cables for the same thing as well. 1.9 amps is alot of parasitic draw, but does it stay on all the time?
cables are good, no it's not drawing all the time it just comes on and off.
no fuel heater that I know of.

The fuel heater is part of the HFCM (where your large fuel filter is) Just check your fuse panel (& manual) mentioned above. If the relay is there, you have the heater.
