That makes me wonder about Houston....I haven't spent any significant time there since I moved away in the mid-70s, but I fondly remember rush hour which I mostly spent at Bennigan's in Bel Air (happy hour was 4p-7p). What time I did get caught out on the highway, Loop 610 was bumper to bumper but at 75 mph, and you could move pretty well around the outskirts of the city.

That was back when I worked at Southwest Ford Lincoln Mercury and most of my driving was on the Southwest Fwy service roads and through the "country" over to Pasadena and Homewood/NASA. I figure at the rate Houston has grown that today's situation makes my experiences there truly the "good ole days." :D

More power to ya Rob. We need more people to take the time to report accidents they see especially when commercial trucks are involved. I had one of my guys get invloved in an accident last month. In case you didn;t know regardless of what happend it's always the proffesional drivers fault when there are no witnesses. Anyway 2 days after the accident a guy calls me and says he witnessed the accident and wanted to help because it was not my drivers fault. He went to all the trouble of talking to my insurance Co. and even wrote up a 2 page report on what happend, and even included several pages of pictures he drew of how it all happend. I've been in the trucking industry for 17 years this is the first time someone has stepped up. Usually I have to buy some idiot a $5K paint job for their 78 Corrolla.

It's a Toyes album cover. There a 70's reggae band. Not to many people have heard of them. The founder and lead singer died a while back. They still play small venues in the Northwest.

I wish you would say April fool but that is just too damn typical. Next time you see him, well, never mind... What a tool.

So this maroon side swipes someone on the freeway and has the balls to file a complaint against you? I see a Darwin Award candidate in the making.
