Check for the single wire connector under the glove box that says PSOM (Programmable Speedometer Odometer Module) first

I've never done the speedo recal before but might check it out on next warm weather day we get

Now with all that said how are you calculating on full tank of fuel? are you dividing miles per tank by how many gallons put in? on my X i can get 650mi out of a full tank in the winter time.
