I would say yes. Mine was not deemed a lemon but I bought mine as a factory buy back and it had the full warranty plus the 5/100 on the engine. They have definately fixed the problem (had the surge/bucking/romps when I bought it. All fixed under warranty). Had 11k when I bought now has 40k now after 1 year of trouble free driving. Except for that altenator that went out at 32k, also fixed under warranty.
Be careful as to why it was deemed a lemon! Have an OASIS report run on it to find out what has been going on with it. Do you know already?
If they say it is fixed, don't take there word for it! Have it checked out by someone you trust. They said mine was fixed when I bought, but after about 2k miles the problem came back. They changed engine harness and that did the trick.
