.MONDAY NIGHT...PARTLY CLOUDY. LOWS 25 TO 30. SOUTHEAST WINDS TO 10 MPH.

Say it ain't so.. I still have a Moose to harvest, few more fish to catch, yard to fertilize, leaves to rake, 4-wheelin to do and I need to clean out my shop. Could you guys send me another month of summer please.

I know how you feel crumm we got our first cold front last week and had a high of 85 degrees. Summer is quickly scooting away.

Ahhh a small smile on my face going into winter.

The 2007 Permanent Fund Dividend Amount is $1654.00

Nothing like $8270 to put a smile on my face Once we put the kids into there college funds and fill the heating oil tank there should be enough left to take the wife out for dinner.........as long as she feels like McDonald's.

if you want temperate climate, try the Cook Inlet... I know of an old schoolbus on twenty acres in Wasilla that might be for rent...

OK now this is not funny anymore. We got about an inch of the white stuff yesterday and today it was suppose to warm up but:

Now
Flurries will continue over the middle Tanana Valley today. Precipitation amounts will be light.

Today
Cloudy. Light snow becoming intermittent. Accumulation less than one inch. Highs 25 to 35. Light winds.

Tonight
Cloudy. Scattered flurries. Lows 5 to 15. North winds to 10 mph.

The rest of the week is low 30's during the day and teens at night Now just how am I going to get the boat washed up for winter storage? Guess I should not have waited so long. This weekend was suppose to include a fishing trip to the Delta Clearwater but fishing at 19 degrees with the flu/walking pneumonia(result of moose hunting in this weather)is not my idea of a good time. I was thinking if I ignored winter it would stay away. What a depressing weekend this is turning out to be.

I didn't go hunting this morning becase it was 74* when I GOT UP!

I passed a canoe trip on the Muskegon to do yardwork and sweat my arse off..
