Question Humming Sound from Turbo

back to square one...i checked the ps fluid level and it was fine. went ahead and topped it off just to be sure. both sounds are still there.

i did notice that my water pump has a little coolant leaking from it. could that potentially be the source of the sound? I just have a hard time believing its the turbo since everything still runs fine.
