I bought my 05 in april of 06 with 30k it was trouble free to about 52k. I think both problems I've had were from lead foot disease and having an extra 15k for it to haul around. The EGR cooler blew pulling a 6% grade at 75mph but hey it was fun while it lasted.
New EGR cooler @52k under warranty
New door slider @52k under extended warranty
New #1 injector @67k under warranty
2 EGR valves under warranty
Oh yeah and crappy Contitracs rebalanced 3x before taking them off.
