How do you get power out of a 1994 7.3 turbo

got a 1994 7.3 turbo, non powerstroke, what can you do to get some power out of it?
cant really find much info on these motors
any help would be great

there is a triangular block off plate on the pump with 2 bolts. under that there is an allen bolt.....its been a very long time since i have done this, but if i remember you want to turn it in. i think they say no more than 3 flats, i have talked to people who have done 2 full turns though....im not sure as too much on the screw does any more power adding as much as it just adds smoke. im sure the idi experts will have more accurate info for you.

when i try to get on under the 6.9/7.3 tech articles it says there are no posts in this area?????
Go to your UserCP and click on EDIT OPTIONS then scroll down the page to THREAD DISPLAY OPTIONS and under Default Thread Age Cut Off, select "Show all threads."
