are yall talkin about the ice road truckers? if so, i watch it every time it comes on, no matter how many times i have seen it before. being in the trucking business, its hard not watch any show that involves bir rigs.

Well actually due to insurance restrictions the company does not allow riders but I can take you for a spin in my 96' F350 I didn't really think anyone would come all the way up here for a ride but I will make it a dandy if you make it. Be sure to let us know when you are here..

Well I finally got a chance to watch the History channel show and I am in shock. Why when they make shows like that do they get the biggest dork they can find and make him the star of the show. All I though of while watching was the Joke that Jeff Foxworthy makes about the lady in the curlers talking about the tornado. That guy that ended up needing towed up the pass made about three trips North and could not cut it. The truck he was driving was not equipped with double lockers and other necessary equipment needed to run the road. I will not even comment on the guy hauling the heater unit that stated "I will put you in the ditch". With a comment like that he will be in the ditch before you know it. The show did have some truth to it but I hope you don't get the idea that we are all as unqualified as the guys they showed. I guess a truck making a uneventful trip would be a bit boring.

Speaking of ditch I have to head North to pick up a trailer that is currently upside-down in the ditch. We have a couple of new drivers and I guess one of them failed to make the trip. I will take a few pics and post them up when I get back.
